PACKAGE PRICING FOR PARTIES OF 1-50, 51-100, AND 101-150 PEOPLE

ALL functions must have a signed RENTAL AGREEMENT with THE MANSION-AIRDRIE prior to any event taking place.

A minimum fee of $2,000 OR 25% of Total Fee will be required at the time of signing the Rental Agreement and booking the event date.  This is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee should the event be cancelled at any time prior to the commencement of same.  

Upon commencement of the booked event, this fee will then be used as a "Damage Deposit" to be refunded to the Client within 30 days of the event less any outstanding fees and/or damage charges that may be applicable.

50% of Total fees are due 6 months prior to the booked event date.

50% Balance of Total Fees are due 60 days prior to booked event date.

OPTIONS:

Upgrades/changes are available and my be subject to additional charges.

SHORT NOTICE EVENTS

We are happy to accommodate events/weddings on a short notice basis provided the date, equipment and catering is available.  Any bookings which are accepted within 60 days of the required date must be paid in full along with a booking deposit at the time of signing the RENTAL AGREEMENT and will be subject to a 30% non-refundable cancellation fee.

NOT INCLUDED:  Wedding Cake, Flowers, Planning, Photographer, Ceremonial Attendant, GST & 18% Gratuity on Catering

                                            Additional Decor - you may provide your own decor (free standing, clean-up and removal)
